traditional methods used for vintage teddybears and toys include traditional mohair fabrics, glass eyes,wood wool,

and squeakers. modern methods are applied to modern repairs synthetic fabrics, safety eyes, cloud stuffing.

all repairs are sensitive to memories contained within your precious item.

Terms and conditions

I will follow your instructions to the best of my ability

I will not alter the item without permission

I will use traditional repair materials and method, modern methods and materials, depending on the age of the item.

I will clean items safely

I will try to keep memories alive 

I will return items via australia post, supply tracking, but I am not responsible for losses.

I will return any items infested with insects. or biological waste. Without repair.

I will supply photographs after repair, prior to payment

All repairs must be paid in full before postage or pickup.

All repairs are final unless my workmanship is at fault. Returns are at clients cost, returns Must be in the same condition as when the item was returned to you from me.

All special requirements must be written and included with the item. Any embellishments or extra fabrics must also be included. any other special requirements must be discussed prior to sending.

personal visit to the workshop must be organised prior to visit as we are not open to the public.

All care will be taken but  No responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage.
